<p><strong>Flex Base<a href="http://amarilloroad.com/blog1/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/object001.jpg"><img class="alignright size-thumbnail wp-image-57" title="Flex Base" src="http://amarilloroad.com/blog1/wp-content/uploads/2011/05/object001-150x150.jpg" alt="" width="150" height="150" /></a></strong></p>
<p>Flex Base meets the specs of TXDOT Highway Department and is used in wind farms in order to get the heavy equipment and cranes in and out. Flex Base is harder to finish, but once set will hold up very well.</p>
